The Forever Tree

Sam and Cassie: they are reorganizing Grace House because they are finally getting married and Sam and Nick are going to live in Grey House now. Cassie has one room with a lot of things that they are cleaning so Nick can move there. Sam jokes about never imagining that she would have a room that is so messy and Cassie smiles saying they are mementos. Sam also shares with Cassie that he is worried about Nick because he only cares about video games and has no idea what he is gonna study in college yet. Cassie tells him to let her handle it and Sam smiles and they both smile at their wedding finally happening in 2 days! Then he lead to kiss her, Cassie smiles and tells him to stop distracting her. Cassie then finds a book that was from a relative of hers, Catherine Merriwick with a photo of her and her husband, on their wedding date, under The Forever Tree. Sam looks at her curious and she explains that they got married in this ancestor tree, carving their initials on the trunk because it is supposed to bring a forever and successful marriage. Sam asks her where it is and Cassie tells him that no one knows, most people think it is lost but she thinks that when the time is right The Forever Tree will reveal itself.

Sam is determined to find The Forever Tree as a gift for Cassie, but no matter who helps him: George, Nick, Vincent, Stephanie... he can't find it. When they are already ready for the wedding and waiting for the last guests to arrive Sam and Grace smile saying how excited they are, Grace sees the white horse and tells Sam they have to follow him, running into the woods. The horse guides them to The Forever Tree as they both smile, especially Sam thinking that Cassie was right and that the tree revealed itself when the time was right!

When he goes to Bell, Book with a rose for Cassie his mother smiles at the two of them giving them lovely advice "never stop doing the little things".

At the end they move the wedding ceremony under the tree just like Cassie dreamed. Cassie asks Sam how he found the tree and he smiles telling her "it revealed itself when the time was right". Then they share their vows in front of their family and friends saying how much the other has changed their lives for the better and how happy they are to have found each other. Finally they ARE MARRIED! And then they celebrate it with their family and friends and in private, carving their initials in The Forever Tree like Cassie´s ancestors did and seeing the white house appear with another white horse. Sam smiles telling Cassie that the horse was just looking for his partner and Cassie smiles telling him "isn´t everyone?" as they hug and share a sweet kiss!

- Martha: after not being able to be a mayor anymore she offers to help Cassie with the wedding and is also searching for something else to do with her time. Cassie offers her to help her at Bell Book & Candle but she doesn't really like it. At the end she returns as mayor.

LESSONS: never give up on what you really love.

- Abigail: she is a little stressed over being mayor and tells Stephanie that she is ready to quit but doesn't want to hear Martha what she will tell her. When Abigail goes to Bell Book she tells Cassie how she wants to find a partner but hasn't been so lucky, Cassie tells her to be open-minded because her perfect man can be right outside her door, the moment she leaves the store she meets Donovan, Blairsville´s mayor. When Abigail finds out he is the mayor she also finds out how he moved the town line so Martha wouldnñt live in Middleton... She is mad that he thinks that she is not as good as a mayor as Martha and moves his water supply to Middleton leaving him without water. At the end Donovan returns the town line to where it was and Abigail returns his water. LESSONS: always be open to love

- Nick: Sam keeps asking him what he is gonna study but he tells his dad he doesn't know... Then Cassie tells him to please help her with a ladder she needs from a barn next door and he smiles saying yes. There he meets Lindsay, a young girl his age, who has very planned and clear her future as a veterinarian. Nick feels intimidated by this and lies to her saying he also has a very good idea of what to do... this guides him to really start thinking and searching for an option so he can tell her and thanks to Grace´s help he discovers that you can study to design video games, which he loves. At the end he tells his dad and Sam tells him that he is proud of him for making a decision.

LESSONS: be patient and trust that you will find what you have to do in life. As a parent never force your kid into something, trust them and guide them to discover their path for themselves.

- Grace: when she is at the ranch she sees a white horse that seems very mad with everyone but not to her. Sam sees her next to the animal and gets worried telling her to step back. She starts getting worried when some things start to go wrong before the wedding, really wanting for her mom and Sam to finally get married and be happy. Even if she is happy for her mom and Sam she really misses her dad but Cassie reminds her that her dad will always be with her no matter where she is and that will always protect and guide her. When her mom and her find out that the wedding dress is ruined, she fixes it for Cassie to be able to wear it.

Later Grace sees the white horse again and goes to see him but a young girl scares him making him leave and run away.

LESSONS: always remember that our loved ones will always be with us no matter what

- Vincent: he lived with Cassie when they were young and were both in foster care but they haven't seen each other in a very long time. At first and after how Cassie has told Sam how he always says he is coming and then never shows up, Sam doesn´t trust Vincent very much and is afraid that he will hurt Cassie. But she asks Sam to give Vincent a chance and he ends up understanding why Vincent hasn't come to visit, feeling the pressure of finding a job first so Cassie could be proud of him. When his boss fires him, Vincent runs away, scared but Sam reminds him that Cassie doesn't care about that and that just wants him in her life. At the end he comes back to be at her sister's wedding.

LESSONS: family will always love you unconditionally

- Stephanie: she meets Adam, the hospital chaplain but Martha tells her he is too good for her making her want to get to meet him more.

LESSONS: never be afraid to try and love again

- Sam´s parents: they come to the wedding but Sam sees there is something going on between them and gets worried. Cassie shares a sweet moment with Sam´s mother telling her what a wonderful family she has, but Jennifer smiles telling her they have a wonderful family because she is part of it now. Cassie and Sam both realize soon that Jonathan has stopped being romantic and that Jennifer is hurted by this. Cassie decides to reunite the couple and she guides Jonathan to an old guitar, reminding him how he used to play their wedding song in one and making him play again for Jennifer. Sam smiles thanking Cassie for reuniting his parents.

LESSONS: never stop doing the little things and being romantic and caring with your partner and loved ones

- Cassie and George: George has always been there for Cassie so she asks him to walk her through the aisle and he happily says yes. They aren't blood families but are family.

LESSONS: family is the one who is always there for you no matter what

- Cassie: even with some things going wrong she stays always positive and trusts that everything will work out in the end and it does.

LESSONS: always have faith and stay positive
