The Comet

Sam and Cassie: Sam finds Cassie going through some boxes with memories from when Grace was little and he sees she is getting nostalgic over Grace and Nick going away to college. Cassie tells him that she is excited for what's coming next for them. They share a sweet kiss while Cassie gives to Sam a necklace that Grace made for her when she was little.

When a surgeon from Chicago stays at Grey House and gets along with Sam really well, Cassie senses that something is gonna happen but she doesn't know what. When Sam sees she is acting weird he asks why and she tells she has this feeling... Sam tells her to not worry that whatever it is they will face it together.

This surgeon ends up offering a job to Sam but Sam is happy in Middleton and he is enjoying a more relaxing life and being with Cassie so he doesn't take the job offer. Later Sam tells everything to Cassie and she says that she would have supported whatever makes him happy.

LESSONS: be there for your partner in the good and the bad times, always support them and their dreams no matter what, be honest with them #SassieBack #Countdown2Sassie

- Grace and Nick: they are ending with High School and while they are glad they are also having a hard time, especially Nick.

• Nick: At first, he didn't want to come to Middleton but now he loves living here and he doesn't want to leave, so he is trying to record everything he can so he can take some clips with him. Cassie finds what is going on and tells Nick that she understands why he is doing what he is doing. Nick thanks Cassie for everything that she has done for him and his dad and Cassie smiles saying that he and Sam have done a lot for her too. At that moment Grace comes in saying "isn´t that what family is for"? They all laugh and Cassie and Nick say "definitely"

• Grace: she is also sad but more excited than sad

LESSONS: there is nothing bad with missing home, be thankful for the family you have and always tell them how much they mean to you

- The comet: a comet is passing by Middleton and there is a legend that says that if you make a wish while watching the comet your wish will come true so everyone is thinking of what wish they are making. Cassie later tells Grace that she is glad her wish came true and Grace looks at her mom with surprise asking if Abigail and Donovan are back together and Cassie says yes., that it is the real secret of making wishes come true, to do it unselfishly.

LESSONS: always wish unselfishly

- Martha and Dotty: when Martha sees Tom and Dotty´s husband having breakfast together she is mad with Tom but Tom reminds her that because her and Dotty don't get along doesn't mean that he and Davis can´t be friends. Tom and Davis are determined to make their wifes get along and they plan an evening together but things doesn't go as planned since Martha and Dotty end up fighting again. LESSONS: that two people don't get along doesn't mean that others can´t

- Grace and Luke: Grace is sad that they didn't meet before because now they are leaving for college and she already tried having a long distance relationship with Noah and it didn't work so she says to Luke that when they graduate they will go separate ways. Luke is sad but agrees with her. They both smile and agree that at least they have this short time together

LESSONS: is better to try even if it is for a short period of time than to neve try

- Donovan: he is also having a hard time over the break-up with Abigail and is determined to break the curse so they can be together. When he visits Cassie´s shop and accidentally breaks a mirror Cassie makes him think that it brings you bad luck only if you believe in it... so if they don't believe in the curse, nothing will happen. Later he convinces Abigail to fight for their relationship and she says yes.

LESSONS: never give up on love

- Grace and George: when Grace sees her grandpa taking down a house-bird they did when she was little she gets really sad and helps her grandpa do another one. While building the house Grace tells her grandpa she has no idea what to do after High School and what to say at her speech. George tells her that we all end up where we suppose to be and that she just needs to give herself a chance. This inspires her for her graduation speech, where she quotes her grandpa.

LESSONS: always enjoy the little moments with your family

- Stephanie and Adam: their good truck is going great but they realize they won't get out in time to see the comet... but after Cassie visits them, the kitchen goes out and they realize that they deserve a night off.

LESSONS: there are more important things than work... having fun and having free time are important things too
