Together We Stand

Sam and Cassie: Sam and Cassie are still nervous about the events with Bryan and Eve. Sam goes to visit Cassie and see that she is a little down which worries him since she is always positive and alert. Cassie tells him that she is still nervous but that she would be more nervous if he didn't live next door. They both agree at the same time that it is the adrenaline smiling and Sam gets closer to her because she seems to be cold. Cassie tells him that "this whole thing was..." and Sam finishes her sentence saying "intense". They share a sweet moment where they look into each other's eyes.

Later Sam goes to Grey House to tell Cassie that Linda (Nick´s mom) wants to take him to Hong Kong where she works. He tells Cassie how Linda is trying to put Nick against him but that he can't do anything because he is protecting Nick... back in the day when he divorced Linda didn´t fight him for custody of Nick because she cared more about her job and that would break Nick. We can see here how Cassie uses fabric bags for the shopping, giving an example to care about our planet.

When Cassie arrives at her shop she sees a note that says that she has to leave. So when she didn 't find Ryan she went to Sam to ask him for help. Sam tells Cassie that her landoor sold the building but she says that he gave her his word that she could stay there as long as she wanted. Sam tells Cassie that he really doesn´t know about all that and suggests she calls Ryan but she says he doesn't pick up.

Cassie is going to meet Ryan for dinner but at that moment a nervous Sam arrives at Grey House telling her that Linda told him she thinks that Nick should go to Hong Kong. Cassie tells her that's not true and that he should consider the source. Sam freaks out because Linda always messes with his head... but then stops talking when he looks at how great she looks. Cassie explains what happens and Sam apologizes and tries to leave but Cassie doesn't let him, saying he can't go back like that, she prepares some tea and sends a text to Ryan explaining she can´t go. Then she tells Sam that Linda may have a reason for everything she is doing.

Sam apologizes again but Cassie says it is ok. Then Sam tells her that he tried to buy her shop, which surprises Cassie making her smile. But then he tells her that it didn't work because Ryan's boss wants that space, leaving Cassie surprised that Ryan didn't tell her.

- Sam, Nick, Linda: Linda is in town and wants to take Nick to Hong Kong where she lives. Without asking Sam who has full custody she tells Nick to go with her and gets him excited. But Sam tells her no because Nick is doing good in Middleton... Sam doesn't want to fight Linda because he doesn't want Nick to know that she didn't fight for him, she was more interested in her job. Worse of all Linda tells Nick lies making him believe that Sam doesn't want her to be with him and even out Cassie in the middle tellig Sam that Cassie agrees with her. LESSON: care about others and how they are doing. Don't make promises you can't keep. Don't put others in the middle. - Martha and Stephanie: When Stephanie tells Martha that a big coffee franchise is coming to town Martha gets excited but Stephanie tells her that it will kill her business. Martha tells her she will find out what she can. Stephanie then starts overcosting Martha her coffee because she is mad and reminds Martha that as mayor she promises to take care of Middleton citizens so Martha agrees to tell the Franchise to go to Blairsville. - Ryan and Cassie: Cassie is trying to feel the same way Ryan feels for her because of how much she cares for him but finds it difficult. Ryan is becoming aware that Cassie is acting weird but he doesn't know why. When Ryan's new boss is planning on building a big franchise where Cassie´s shop is since she has rented the space Ryan doesn't know what to do and without telling her he tries to make things right... - Brandon and Tara: Tara was away doing a master degree and is back in town. Everything is weird between them because Tara went away without telling Brandon and now that she is back she tells him she has a great opportunity in England. - Grace: after seeing Cassie and Ryan close and what Abigail tells her about when your girlfriends have boyfriends they disappear. She is worried about losing Cassie. She asks Nick how´s to have another person in his mom 's life and Nick tells her not very funny. Cassie tells her that Ryan invited them to dinner and she says she can't because she has to study... but Cassie knows she is lying and remind her that no matter who comes into her life there will always be room for her. Later Lori goes talk with Grace and tells her that Cassie would´t let anyone who isn´t wonderful into their lives just like her Dad did with Cassie back in the day and it makes Grace relax and stop worrying.

- Abigail: she i snot very fond of Ryan and Cassie relationship because she knows Cassie is meant to be with Sam. She messes with them and with Grace making her point very clear. When Cassie approaches her asking her what she is up to Abigails tells her that everything will work out just the way it is supposed to. - Cassie: when Linda goes to her shop to buy a late birthday present for Nick she gives her a scroll that says "who wishes to fight must first count the costs" in an attempt to get Linda to rethink what she is doing and help Nick.
