True Colors

Sam and Cassie: The episode opens with a cute scene of Sam and Cassie where Sam is doing his morning run and arrives at Grey House. Cassie was expecting him and gives him his "coffee" flavor tea that he drinks quickly burning his throat and making Cassie laugh. Sam explains that Linda moved into his house and it is getting uncomfortable.. Then he asks Cassie about any news about the shop. Sam tells her why not relocate but she doesn't answer and then she leaves. In the next scene Cassie goes to Sam´s office and they talk about how Cassie doesn't want to relocate because she found her purpose and met Jake at the shop so it's special for her. Sam tells her she is lucky to have a relationship like the one she had with Jake. When Ryan calls Cassie to tell her he hasn't been able to change his boss' mind, she has to look for new places for her shop. Sam arrives late and she tells him what's happening so he offers her to go with her and they can talk about how Linda wants custody of Nick too. They both laugh at each other's situation. Sam gets mad because Linda tells him she is taking Nick to Hong Kong with her without asking him. He goes to talk to Cassie but finds out she is sad because she has to let Bell, Book and Candle go... Sam hugged her as she cried and they shared a sweet moment. In the end everything works out and Cassie can keep her shop. Sam jokes about tea with her and then stays at her shop to help her clean after the party. He tells her how he is there for her and she says she knows it. They hug and are about to kiss when Ryan appears at the door not understanding what's happening. LESSON: to always be there for your friends.

- Sam, Linda, Nick: Nick is mad with her dad because he thinks he wants to get him away from her mother and he tells him that when he can take the decision he is leaving and not coming back. Grace talks to Nick and discovers he just wants his parents to stop fighting but he really likes Middleton and doesn't want to go. Sam tries to talk with Linda but she doesn't hear him so he follows Cassie advice and discovers she wants Nick to go with her because she feels lonely after breaking up with her boyfriend. He talks to her again saying she can see Nick whenever she wants but for the right reasons. At the end Linda lets Nick stay with Sam but tells them she is gonna spend some time in Middleton. LESSON: not acting selfishly and think about other feelings - Stephanie and Cassie: they bond over the uncertainty of not knowing what will happen to their business and Cassie admits that she is not sure of things with Ryan after everything that is happening. LESSON: support your friends in the good and the bad - Ryan: Tries to do everything he can to save Cassie's shop but most people in town are doubting he can do it. At the end he manages to save it due to one person that Cassie helped in the past and that wants to return the favor. LESSON: be honest with your friends - Brandon and Tara: they aren't very good but Cassie guides them to where they had their first date and they reconnect agreeing to start acting like a team and make decisions together. LESSON: act like a real team with your partner - Abigail: she found out why Linda is trying to get Nick with her and helps Sam to realize why. When Stephanie is freaking out about the new coffee franchise coming to town she helps her see her business is unique and personal and that she has nothing to worry about. LESSON: always help your friends - Cassie: at the end her old landoor remembered how she helped his granddaughter some time ago and is very thankful for it since now she is a doctor and is doing great. He tells Ryan he never intended to leave Cassie without her shop and that it was Ryan's boss who told him she wanted to leave. The deal is off and Cassie can stay as long as she wants too. LESSON: do things unselfishly because when you need it the most your good actions will came back to help you - Grace: when she finds out about Tara moving away she offers Brandon to talk to her but he tells her he doesn't want Tara to stay because she feels guilty. Grace is feeling very down with everything that is happening but then thinks about surprising her mom with some of the people she has helped over the years. LESSON: you can always see the joy even in the worst situations At the end Cassie can stay in her shop and the party ends up being an actual celebration. The shop is full with all the people she has helped over the years and that is like her legacy.
